Customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and cancellations work at VelironStore.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date the last item in your order is delivered to request a refund or replacement. Requests submitted after this 14-day period cannot be accepted.

NO PHYSICAL RETURNS REQUIRED
To keep refunds fast and simple for international orders, we resolve claims without requiring you to ship products back. Please do not send any item to us or to our suppliers — contact us first and we will resolve your claim remotely.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Email support@veliron.co within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The item concerned
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

ELIGIBLE CASES
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (replacement or full refund after photo review)
- Items not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe
- Change of mind within the 14-day window (refund after review)

CANCELLATIONS
You may request a cancellation at any time before your order is fulfilled. Once an item has been handed to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and is handled under this refund policy.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to make the funds available.

NOT ELIGIBLE
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after confirmed delivery
- Digital or downloadable products (if any)

RESTOCKING FEE
0% — we do not charge a restocking fee. Because we do not require physical returns, no return shipping costs apply.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you received a confirmation but the funds have not arrived, first check with your bank or payment provider. If the expected period has passed, contact us and we will assist you.
