Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Item must not be listed under non-returnable items
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Digital products or downloadable items
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sabajank11@gmail.com. with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.
We make it easy — just send us a photo and we will sort it out for you right away, no hassle.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
